  • Seminars are 3- to 5-hour events, including both a talk and an in-depth question-and-answer session, with a refreshment break in between.
  • Day Intensives consist of a full schedule of talks and dialogues with Andrew as well as guided meditation practice.
  • Long Retreats are offered in weekend and weeklong formats. They include talks and dialogues with Andrew, guided meditation practice, focused spiritual inquiry, and directed group discussions.
